Shipping Policy

We offer simple flat-rate shipping on all orders:

  • Orders up to 1kg: $6.99
  • Orders over 1kg: $9.99
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: +$6 additional fee

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Some temporarily out-of-stock items may require 3–5 business days to process. In these cases, we wil include a small complimentary gift as a thank-you for your patience.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.


  • Most customers receive their order in 8–12 days.
  • During busy seasons, delivery may take longer.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Note: Shipping time does NOT include order processing time.


Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Some specific brand or specialty items will be fulfilled from partner warehouses depending on availability.


At Smoke Meg, we value your privacy and ensure that your information and purchases remain secure. All orders are shipped in plain boxes with no store or product details listed on the outside.


We cover all customs and import duties on all orders.

You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to update your details. However, address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.


Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery attempts failed
  • Invalid address format
  • PO Box size limitations
  • Carrier restrictions or transit issues

If a package is returned, we will contact you via email.

If you would like the order reshipped, a shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
If you prefer a refund, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be issued once the returned package is received at our warehouse.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
