How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping for all orders:
- Standard regions:
- Orders up to 1kg → $6.99
- Orders over 1kg → $9.99
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Add $6 to the standard rate.
How long does order processing take?
- In-stock items are usually processed within 1-3 days.
- Temporarily out-of-stock items may take 4–7 days to process. To make up for the wait, we’ll add a free gift to your order.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment has been confirmed.
How long does shipping take?

- ⏳ During busy seasons, delivery may take longer.

Discreet Packaging
At Smoke Meg, we value your privacy and ensure that your information and purchases remain secure. All orders are shipped in plain boxes with no store or product details listed on the outside. The return label will simply read “Shipping Department” to protect your discretion.
Customs & Fees
No matter where you are, Smoke Meg covers all customs and import fees for you. That means no surprise charges when your order arrives. Just sit back, relax, and wait for your package to show up at your door.
Entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but address changes can only be made once, and only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Undeliverable Adress
There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. These may include: item too large for a PO box, incorrect or incomplete address, invalid address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, transportation issues, or export restrictions.
When packages are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email.
Please note:
- If you would like your order to be reshipped, a shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
- If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, you may request a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds can only be issued once the undeliverable package has been received back at our warehouse.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
