How much does shipping cost?
A flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies to all standard orders. For oversized or heavy products, the fee is $9.99.
How long does order processing take?
- In-stock items are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Temporarily out-of-stock items may take 3–5 business days to process. To make up for the wait, we’ll add a free gift to your order.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order.
How long does shipping take?

Entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but address changes can only be made once, and only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
Returned Packages
If your package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address or it wasn’t claimed, we won’t be able to reship it.
You’ll get a partial refund — shipping costs won’t be refunded, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the product total. So please double-check your info before placing that order.
