Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you request a cancellation after the order has shipped, we may attempt to request a carrier intercept. Please note that:

  • Carrier interception is not guaranteed
  • Any interception or return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

If the package cannot be intercepted, you may still return the item after delivery according to our Return Policy.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

At Smoke Meg, every order is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, if your package arrives damaged, broken, missing items, or is not delivered, you must notify us [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or credit. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of the issue (such as photos)

Our team will review the issue and respond within 24h with a solution.

Imperfection Warning

Many of our products are handmade or hand-blown glass items. As a result, slight imperfections such as minor air bubbles, small color variations, asymmetric percolators, or variations in size may occur. These characteristics are natural to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. Smoke Meg is not responsible for such variations. If you are unsatisfied with these imperfections, you may still return the product, but return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse
  • Items not returned in their original condition
